Flashride Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Flashride app. Effective Date: August 2025. Jurisdiction: Pakistan



  1. Agreement – By creating an account or using the Flashride app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

  2. Platform Role – Flashride is a technology platform that connects Riders with Drivers. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Flashride. Flashride does not provide transportation directly.

  3. Eligibility & Accounts
    • Riders must be 18 years or older, or have guardian consent.
    • Drivers must have valid CNIC, license, and vehicle documents.
    • Users must provide accurate information when registering.
    • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse.

  4. Financial Terms
    • Fares include base fare, distance, multipliers, tolls, and applicable taxes.
    • Riders pay Drivers in cash or via in-app methods, only after a completed trip.
    • Flashride charges a 6% booking fee, deducted from the Driver’s wallet.
    • Riders are responsible for tolls, road charges, and taxes.
    • Drivers are responsible for reporting and paying their own income tax under Pakistani law.
    • Flashride does not deduct income tax but may provide earnings summaries.
    • Drivers must maintain a sufficient wallet balance; negative balances may cause suspension.

  5. Booking, Rides & Courier Services – Riders must enter correct pickup and drop-off details. Drivers may reject unsafe rides or prohibited courier items. Intercity rides and long stops are allowed with extra costs payable by the Rider.

  6. Cancellations & Waiting
    • Valid reasons must be provided for all cancellations.
    • City Rides: Free cancellation within 5 minutes.
    • Intercity Rides: Free cancellation within 10 minutes.
    • After these times, a cancellation fee may apply.
    • Waiting is free for the first 5 minutes after Driver arrival; charges apply thereafter.
    • If the Rider does not appear within 10 minutes, Driver may cancel as No-Show.
    • Repeated abuse may result in suspension or ban.

  7. Women-Only Mode – Available to verified female Riders. Eligible Drivers include female Drivers or male Drivers with a 4.9+ rating. Safety features include GPS monitoring, SOS button, and masked numbers. Misuse results in permanent ban.

  8. Driver Performance & Recognition – Drivers may earn Badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and Milestones. Benefits include badges, priority rides, and loyalty rewards. Poor service may result in downgrade.

  9. Safety & Support – 24/7 in-app support is available. SOS emergency button during rides. All trips are GPS tracked in real-time.

  10. Prohibited Conduct – No off-app payments, fraud, false reports, fake rides, or misuse of Women-Only Mode. Violations may result in suspension or ban.

  11. Dispute Resolution – Complaints must be filed through the app. Flashride will respond within 7 business days. Appeals are limited to one per case. Refunds may be issued for genuine disputes.

  12. Limitation of Liability – Flashride is not responsible for accidents, delays, or property loss. Drivers are independent contractors. Flashride is liable only as required by law.

  13. Governing Law & Amendments – Governed by the laws of Pakistan. Flashride may update Terms with notice. Continued use = acceptance of updated Terms.
